Mana and healers In World of Warcraft
Now, I’m talking about hunters here, but mana wasn’t just about hunters. All kinds of classes had real mana back then. The healers had the worst part of it. They actually set up what we called healing rotations in those 40-man raid dungeons. If the fight was a long one, it was guaranteed that the healers would run out of mana, so they took turns at it. One set of ‘em would heal for a few minutes, and when they got low, another set of healers would take over.
Those first healers would then sit there a spell, not doing much of anything except maybe wanding a little bit. Oh yeah, wands were actually used back then. It’s what you did when you ran out of mana. Well, that, and the healers would use the time to update their diaries.
Eh? You didn’t know that all healers keep diaries? It’s true, mark my words. All filled with hearts and flowers and hippy elf stuff like that, too. Shadow priests keep ‘em, too, for some reason, but theirs are filled with all kinds of disturbing stuff. You ever see a shadow priest diary lying around — listen up, this is important — if you ever see a shadow priest diary lying around, you do not open it. Some things you just can’t unsee.
Now, we mana users had
Nub Tales ep.6.4: Jimmy and Joe (Best Frends)
Haven’t we all had that one special BFF with whom we play the game? And haven’t we all had our hearts ripped out of our chests by that special BFF, in one way or another? Seems like Yumfries shares that experience. In Nub Tales ep.6.4: Jimmy and Joe (Best Frends), Yumfries explores that special dynamic between two friends who play WoW together — especially when one of the friends is very annoying.
The Nub Tales series continues to be a lot of fun, and I’m impressed by how quickly Yumfries manages to pull these together. Each new episode is a treat and a nice way to speed up the day. Thanks, Yumfries!

As a fans of world of warcraft,I want to known everything about wow.The Emerald Dream is one of my best want to get the informations, such as history. The fellowing arcitle is I found for the Wmerald Dream history.I hope everybody would like it.
The benevolent titans created the Emerald Dream to serve as the underlying blueprint for the planet Azeroth. After the titans had shaped Azeroth, they sent Ysera into an eternal trance and charged her with watching over all of Azeroth from the Dream. As a result, green dragons guard every portal into the Dream, and they always see both the landscape of Azeroth and the corresponding dreamscape. This enchanted vision, known as dreamsight, allows green dragons to perceive their surroundings with perfect clarity despite the dragons’ closed eyes.
During the War of the Ancients, the druid Malfurion Stormrage made use of the Emerald Dream to enter into the palace of Queen Azshara and thwart the plans of Lord Xavius.
As part of an ancient pact made between Ysera and Malfurion Stormrage, the druids are required to spend long periods of time sleeping in the Emerald Dream in exchange for their powers over the forces of nature, presumably so that they will better appreciate that which they have pledged themselves to preserve. Recently, strange

Where do you think World of Warcraft will be in the year 2015? Tobold brightens up our Friday by giving us this humorous look at what Azeroth might be like in another nine years — with regular expansions raising the level cap and adding new continents, of course! However, on a more serious note, this article does make me rather curious to discover how Blizzard might keep things interesting for the long haul. (Though looking at the long-term popularity of their other games, perhaps it’s not a matter of great concern.

While World of Warcraft’s recent 3.1 patch added a lot of awesome content to Blizzard’s addictive massively multiplayer online
game, it still lacked some promised features that fans desperately craved. Today’s 3.1.2 patch addresses this — at least
partially.
The patch brings changes that are both exciting and disappointing. Enabling the new Equipment Manager in the Options menu allows
you to store entire sets of gear that you can quickly swap out using hotkeys (no more mods needed!). The patch’s downside: Daily
Wintergrasp quests have gone weekly, though the honor benefits and Stone Keeper’s Shards rewards received a bump to compensate.
Several class changes see the light of day, with Warlocks getting the most attention. The class’s Sacrifice ability — formerly a
panic button to escape hairy situations — was redesigned; it now sacrifices a portion of the Warlock’s Voidwalker minion’s health,
giving the Warlock a shield that absorbs X amount of damage for up to 30 seconds. So long as the shield holds, the Warlock suffers
no spell interruption while taking damage. This redesign could make a difference in PvP battles, as the ability to use it without
completely losing your Voidwalker could make for some interesting

Flaskamel gefragt…

Every week, Shifting Perspectives explores issues affecting druids and those who group with them. This week, we look at Grid and realize that the dumb buggers are dropping like flies again.
Before I write anything else, I want to send a shout-out to Kalon, who is ending the influential feral theorycraft blog ThinkTank. Like many of you, I’ve been reading ThinkTank for a while and fell in love with both Kalon’s analysis and the theorycrafting that he made understandable even to Luddites like myself. To this day I’ve been experimenting with an idea he suggested concerning Bear DPS (no, really) that I’ve been planning to devote a column towards for a while, and I now regret not doing it earlier.
So, to my druidic colleague — /hug and /salute. Kalon, you will be greatly missed.
For strategy articles, I’ve gotten into the habit of trying to describe all four roles, and have arrived at the conclusion that it’s more efficient to take matters one spec at a time. With all of the Icecrown raid content clocking in at a little more than a month old under the best of circumstances, I’m better off describing the roles I’ve done personally therein (tanking and healing). Because we’ve already covered Lord Marrowgar, we’re
